By accessing or using the website saintsdigitallab.com (“Site”) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Saints Digital Lab provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. Specific engagements are governed by separate agreements (e.g. statements of work, master services agreements). This Site is for informational and marketing purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.
You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data without permission, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or third-party systems. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, design) are owned by Saints Digital Lab or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission. Deliverables under a separate project agreement are governed by that agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saints Digital Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any information on it. Our total liability for claims related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
