The client needed a patient-facing portal for scheduling, records, and secure messaging that could pass HIPAA and internal security review. Off-the-shelf products were either too generic or too expensive to customize.
We designed and built a React front end and Node API on AWS with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and full audit logging. We documented controls and workflows so compliance and infosec could sign off with confidence.
